Founder and Co-Director

Neil is an American Citizen who is residing in Toronto Canada with his family. He is a lawyer, educator, and consultant. He has a fair amount of expertise on the American dynamic in Canada. He served as Chair Republicans Abroad Canada, and later founded The American Chamber of Commerce in Canada where he served as its founding President, Director and Chairman. He opened the Country Chapter of American Citizens Abroad Canada under the then leadership of Andy Sundburg its founder in Switzerland.
